It has been a busy summer and fall for us in 2008. It all started with Brian joining the Air Force in late May and leaving for basic training in San Antonio mid July. We were without him for 31/2 months and missed him terribly. We were lucky to go down for his graduation in September and I got to go back in October for a kid free weekend to visit him during Tech training. Brian finished up the end of October and we were off to Tampa, Florida the beginning of November. We have learned a lot and really appreciate each other more now. We missed all those we left behind. We are fortunate to have made some new friends here and really love our new ward. The weather has been incredible as have been the sights and scenery.
Going back a little. Meagan turned eight in June and My Dad got to baptise her. It was special to have my parents there and Brian's as well. Collin turned 3 in June as well. They are growing up so fast!! Brian and I celebrated our fourth anniversary in July and were able to get away for a few days. My mom was gracious enough to watch the children for us. We stayed at a quaint bed and breakfast called the Blueberry Inn. Brian and I got up early the next day and went kayaking on the Okatama River. We had such a blast but got really sunburned.
